B:  Consulting Projects - for the Institutes

1.  Research Initiatives:

A growing economy provides multiple opportunities for business schools. Enhanced demand invariably comes with greater expectations, which puts pressure on quality and competitiveness as well. The situation provides good scope to work on purposeful research activities strategically striking partnership with select companies. If conceptualized and planned with elements of mutual benefits, such projects can bring-in profitable revenues too - apart from a clear charge on brand equity of the institute.

Research is the core activity at Business Research. As part of our main work we identify research subjects across business functions rather perpetually towards evolving innovation prospects. Some of these projects can be structured with academic dimensions lending scope to involve competitive institutes to participate. Other way round depending upon the institutes objectives and preparedness we wish to work with keen institutes in finding research projects that can bring-in multiple benefits for the institute.

Notes:

a) Business Research is driven by client initiative. We will reciprocate proactively to any institute that is keen to explore association possibilities, b) all projects are research driven and shall be executed with elements of innovation observing high standards. We expect similar approach by the institute, c) these projects are essentially adopted by the institutes with Business Research providing research and execution inputs as facilitator and consultant for a fee. As such we expect relevant faculties taking charge of the projects working in coordination with consultants at Business Research, d) these projects can generate revenue through appropriate alliance with select companies in consideration for defined benefits.
