Measuring Benefits

If it's an Innovation it's got to yield substantial benefits. As part of each assignment our involvement extends right up to measuring the benefits derived from the implementation of the Innovation -- as against pre-stated benefit potential. Invariably all Innovation Project proposals from Business Research clearly puts out the benefit potential with appropriate methodology for assessing it.

In line with the above policy, we work on the concept of retainer fee for the management work and reward against the benefit generated - - putting our revenue from Innovations in proportion to what the client realizes from the project.
